Information is only used solely to deliver the cheer packs. Your soldier will only receive your personalized greeting message. And its up to you to include your name, address and email address on your message.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be ship the next business day. You will receive an email when your order has been placed and again when your order has been shipped.

We only use Priority Mail by the US Postal Service. Shipping charges are always per package. Additional shipping costs may be charged if the cheerpack is above 4 lbs. Unfortunately addresses to APO and FPO addresses are untrackable by the US Post Office. Confirming the exact date of delivery is beyond our control. In some cases it may take several weeks for your soldier to receive the cheer packs. As it depends on your soldier’s assignment and how long it would take the military to deliver to your soldier.

Only purchasers of the State of Washington gets taxed 8%.

Yes, we strive to ensure each cheer pack match everything that is pictured. And we only use brand name items that you and I grow with and love. There may be some items that are included that may not be easily visible in the picture. We reserve the right to substitute items in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock.
